The guarantee

If MemoryMaster Method isn't right for you for any reason, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date. You do not need to explain your reasons, and you keep access to nothing you need to return — it's a digital guide.

How to request a refund

Payments for this product are processed by Digistore24, the authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refund requests should therefore be made through Digistore24:

• Log in to your Digistore24 buyer account and request the refund for your order, or
• Contact Digistore24 support directly using the order details in your purchase email, or
• Email us at MemoryMaster@support.com and we will help you get the request submitted.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.
